Meet the MIS Solutions Executive Leadership Team
Micah Wissman
Owner/President
Micah Wissman started his technology career in 1991 while working for his uncle’s computer business in Upstate New York. It was clear to him from that experience that he had truly found his passion. He attended the University of Cincinnati and throughout his college years, he worked for several computer service companies, learning the business side of technology. In 2003, Micah founded MIS Solutions, LLC with the goal of bringing high-quality yet affordable IT services to his clients. Over the last 20 years. Micah has been able to do just that, which has allowed the business to grow from just a one-person IT business to what it is today.
In his spare time. Micah enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter. He also enjoys CrossFit, cars, and competitive shooting.
Jason Null
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Jason Null has been working in the IT space since 1995. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), he defines and establishes strategic direction by bridging customer, business, and market requirements to ensure departmental and product delivery success. Jason is also responsible for the development, integration, and management of MIS Solutions’ comprehensive Managed Services portfolio. He has worked in the enterprise, educational, and small business IT environments over the last 20+ years. Jason has been with MIS Solutions since 2014 when MIS acquired the company Jason founded in 2006.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. As a family, they love camping, kayaking, skiing, hiking, and scuba diving.
Adam Ringland
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Adam has been with MIS Solutions since 2016, starting as a Support Technician and quickly moving into an elevated role as System Administrator. In 2019, was promoted to Operations Manager, then again in 2023, to Chief Technology Officer (CTO), now in 2025, as our Chief Operations Officer (COO). In this current role, he oversees all operations, and strives to build a culture of success, diversity, accountability and fun. Adam has worked in the IT industry since 2002.
Adam attributes almost all his personal and professional success to his amazing wife and three outstanding children who have all helped mold him into the husband, father, and man he is today. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find Adam working in the yard, cooking, boating on the lake, taking in live music, or cheering on his beloved Las Vegas Raiders.
Megan Sullins
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Megan started her journey with MIS Solutions in March 2018 as an Account Executive. Due to her dedication and hard work, she quickly moved up the ranks to become Director of Sales and then Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Today, Megan plays a key role in the company, overseeing sales, marketing, and vCIO teams, along with sales operations, business acquisitions, and streamlining processes for sales and marketing.
With a sales career dating back to 2013 and experience in the tech industry since 2015, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her current role. She’s passionate about helping MIS Solutions grow as a leading technology partner, and is grateful for the support she receives from the President and COO, which allows her to continue thriving within the company.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, boating, trying new foods, and going to live concerts. She also loves being with her family and cherishes the time she spends with loved ones.

Duane Taylor
vCIO
Duane brings over 27 years of information technology experience and began working at MIS Solutions in 2005. He has been involved with multiple roles within the company throughout his journey from deskside, server, and infrastructure support to network design and architecture, wearing a multitude of hats along the way, his current position being vCIO. He is always looking for ways to better our partners and MIS.

On any given weekend, you may find Duane camping, boating, watching sports or simply relaxing during the colder months. Traveling to visit relatives is another of his favorite things to do!
Michael Moore
vCIO
Michael is an accomplished technology executive and strategic advisor with more than three decades of experience in IT leadership, professional services, and solution engineering. He currently serves as a Virtual Chief Information Officer at MIS Solutions, where he partners with business leaders to align technology strategies with organizational goals—helping clients make informed IT investments and stay ahead in a rapidly changing digital landscape. Michael joined MIS because he loves helping partners solve problems and drive meaningful outcomes through technology.
He's held key leadership roles representing Lockheed Martin, Ricoh USA, Canon, IBM, Northwoods Consulting Partners, and IKON Solutions, where he built and led high-performing teams, delivered enterprise software and cloud solutions, and consistently exceeded revenue and performance goals.
Blending deep technical knowledge with strong business insight, Michael is recognized for his expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, SaaS, managed services, and digital transformation, as well as his commitment to helping organizations leverage technology for long-term success.
In his spare time, Michael loves spending time with family and friends and is equally passionate about handyman projects—he’s always busy fixing or improving something for someone!
Lee Littler
Technical Account Manager
Lee started his career in IT back in 2013 by supporting the technology needs of his local church family, his grandfather-in-law's dental office and a local Consultancy Service. Lee has almost 11 years of experience as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. He found out about a position with MIS from a friend at church (Chris) who really spoke highly of the company's friendly and welcoming environment. So, Lee decided that he wanted to see it for himself and become a part of the team.
Outside of work, Lee and his wife are active foster parents. They have fostered nine children so far and are currently fostering two. He also enjoys tabletop RPGs, video games, books and spending time with friends and family.

Kerri Pinger
Sr. Marketing Manager
Kerri is the Senior Marketing Manager at MIS Solutions, a role she stepped into in June 2025. With over 26 years of experience in multi-faceted marketing and 8 years focused in the technology sector, Kerri brings a seasoned, strategic approach to digital marketing, content development, social media, campaigns, and email automation.
Her passion lies in aligning sales and marketing through strategy and automation, building scalable campaigns and processes that drive engagement and results. At MIS Solutions, she plays a key role in shaping the company’s voice and outreach across industries.
Outside of work, Kerri enjoys traveling, reading, practicing pilates, and exploring the artful design of home interiors. She’s happiest when entertaining friends and family in thoughtfully curated spaces.
Omer Mustic
Sales
Omer is a sales professional with over eight years of experience building strong client relationships and helping organizations find the right solutions to support their growth. Since joining MIS Solutions LLC in November 2025, he has focused on delivering a consultative approach, ensuring clients feel confident and supported in their technology decisions.
He was drawn to MIS Solutions by its outstanding reputation and the close-knit, team-oriented culture within the organization, values that align closely with his own approach to both work and client partnerships.
Outside of the office, Omer enjoys staying active and making the most of his time outdoors. You’ll often find him on the golf course, working out, fishing, or spending time at the lake.

Catherine Marshall
Administrative Assistant
Catherine is the team's administrative assistant, responsible for keeping organized financial records and generally helping the team around the office. She prides herself on her attention to detail and ability to learn new skills quickly. Outside of work, Catherine plays several musical instruments, and enjoys reading, cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, and spending time with her friends and partner.

Austin Ringland
System Administrator Team Lead
Austin's IT journey started back in 2018 when he was hired by MIS Solutions as a Desktop Support Technician. There he worked closely with all our partners, quickly gaining their trust and becoming one of MIS’s go-to frontline technicians. By 2020, Austin continued his climb and began to split his roles between Support Technician and the added responsibilities of Junior System Administrator. In 2022, Austin was promoted to System Administrator. In that role, he strives to keep his partners’ infrastructures as secure as possible with a proactive approach.
Outside of his work at MIS, Austin enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, and watching sports. Austin is a die-hard Las Vegas Raiders fan. If you ever need a suggestion on a good concert to go enjoy, Austin is your guy.
Schuyler Cebulskie
System Administrator
As a relentless problem solver with an unwavering resolve to find the best solution, Schuyler's appetite for knowledge has led him to develop a high level of expertise across multiple sectors of tech; software engineering, security, systems administration, and networking. Thanks to these many proficiencies and the curiosity that fuels him, he boosts both the efficacy and efficiency of his team while often bringing unexpectedly simple resolutions to the most troublesome of tasks.
To call Schuyler a technology enthusiast would be a dramatic understatement - the self-proclaimed "huge nerd" has been at it from a very young age, even writing code since he was 12 years old! Programming of course remains a passion of his, but many others stand alongside it. Playing both tabletop and video games, hosting and chilling with friends, and attending various concerts, conventions, and other events are some of his hobbies. He has a steadfast belief in the current and future progress of the wider world of technology - for instance, ask him anything about electric vehicles or the practical applications of virtual reality!

Raj Zala
System Administrator
Raj Zala is a System Administrator with MIS Solution since 2024. He is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining client servers, as well as overseeing network and backup infrastructure. Raj also tackles advanced projects as required by clients and enjoys the diverse working environment at MIS.
Raj grew up in India and moved to the USA for higher education, completing his Bachelor’s in Computer Information Technology from Northern Kentucky University. He has been living in Northern Kentucky for nearly a decade and has been working in IT since 2018, primarily in the Greater Cincinnati area. Outside of work, Raj enjoys long walks with his wife, traveling to different places, especially historical and natural sites, and supporting the Cincinnati Bengals.
Michael Arledge
System Administrator
Michael is a Systems Administrator with over 15 years of experience in the IT field. He began his career pulling cable and gradually advanced through helpdesk and support roles. Over time, he built a solid foundation in systems administration, networking, access control, and surveillance technologies. He has applied these skills to support a wide range of infrastructure needs across diverse environments.
Outside of work at MIS, he enjoys college football and especially loves cheering on THE Ohio State Buckeyes. He also spends time in the outdoors, whether it's hunting, fishing, or camping with friends. His focus, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset are evident both on the job and in his personal pursuits.

Bob Jamison
Support Technician Team Lead
Bob started at MIS in 2021. His hobbies include working on cars, building custom computers, and getting out to the woods to ride some trails. He is an adrenaline junky outside of work, so also enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, and riding one-wheel, electric unicycles, and dirt bikes.

Chris Nay
Support Technician
Chris is a tenured member of the Tier 1 team at MIS. Since joining the company in 2021, Chris has proven himself to be a reliable, self-motivated IT professional with a passion for troubleshooting and customer service. With 13 years of experience in technical support, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role and is always eager to learn more and take advantage of the many opportunities that MIS has to offer.
Chris is skilled at diagnosing and resolving technical issues and is known for his patient and effective approach to customer service. He thrives in the fun and friendly atmosphere of MIS and enjoys working collaboratively with his colleagues in a team-oriented format. When he's not at work, he can often be found supporting his wife's REFIT dance fitness classes or running sound for his church. He's also an avid tinkerer who enjoys experimenting with electronics, cars, audio equipment, computers, and home automation. With his wide-ranging interests and technical expertise, Chris brings a unique perspective to everything he does, both in and out of the office.

Jason Paugh
Support Technician
Jason is a Tier 1 Technician who has been with MIS since December 2022. He is married with three children. His hobbies include watching all kinds of sports, playing video games, and being in the Bailey helping lead chants at FC Cincinnati games.
Rick Hines
Support Technician
Rick is a support technician at MIS and has been with the company since August 2022.
“I like the laid-back atmosphere here at MIS. The supervisors are very nice to work for and I like the open-door policy they have. My colleagues are very knowledgeable and get things done. We have a teamwork attitude and a willingness to help each other out.”
Rick is originally from Ohio. His stepfather got a job offer and moved them out to Utah when he was 9, leaving most relatives in Ohio. It was a big change for him. He came back to Ohio to live with his dad when he was 15. After high school, around the age of 19, he went back to Utah. He had always wanted to come back to Ohio. Finally, after 33 years, he and his wife decided they wanted a fresh start for the family. He had told them how it was growing up in Ohio and felt living in the country would be a better life for them. He enjoys watching sci-fi TV series and sometimes old westerns. He also likes watching old corny, low-budget TV shows. He is very competitive and enjoys playing Trivial Pursuit-type games. Rick also spends time fishing, hiking, and camping with his family. When he retires, his dream is for him and his wife to get an RV and see the states.

Bill Manlove
Support Technician
Bill is an Indianapolis native who came to MIS Solutions in 2023 as a Support Technician with 15 total years of experience with enterprise IT needs and support in a variety of environments, and an earned reputation from end-users as someone who can find and resolve technical issues in a fast and efficient manner at both the desktop and server level.
He holds two Associates in Applied Sciences degrees in PC and Biomedical Repair from Vincennes University.
When he is not at work, Bill enjoys tinkering with technology in general, spending time with his cat and dog, video games, following IndyCar racing, and helping lead fan-zone chants for his beloved Indiana Pacers.

Greg Kernan
Support Technician
Greg joined the MIS Solutions team in 2023. Greg helps support our partners with their IT needs by troubleshooting and testing, creating tickets and using tools to assist the end user. He likes to learn the technology used and the positive attitude of the teams at MIS. In his spare time Greg likes to keep up with latest tech gear, building pc’s, 3D printing and repairing and modding hardware using specialized soldering techniques. Greg also enjoys the excitement of dirt track and drag racing as well as listening to classic rock and roll. His favorite thing to do is spend time with his niece Lilly, playing wizards and animal farm, fostering her imagination and independence. He looks forward to where a career at MIS Solutions will lead him.
Mason Harvey
Support Technician
Mason is a Support Technician at MIS Solutions. His focus is troubleshooting and maintaining a wide range of technology including networking, smartboards, printers, scanners, and end-user devices. Mason began his career in technology with MIS because he enjoys hands-on problem solving and making sure clients can rely on their IT to run smoothly.
Outside of work, Mason likes to jam on his guitar and enjoys playing and watching sports, especially football and baseball. He’s a big fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Kentucky Wildcats.
Thomas Settle
Support Technician
Thomas joined MIS in 2025, bringing with him 8 years of IT experience ranging from enterprise environments to small businesses. He’s passionate about making technology approachable and ensuring every partner has a smooth, positive experience. Always eager to learn, Thomas enjoys building on his skills so he can tackle any challenge that comes his way.
Outside of work, you’ll often find him immersed in tabletop roleplaying games, exploring new video games, or under the hood of a car working on his latest project.
Jake Begley
Support Technician
Jake started at MIS in 2025, his hobbies include DIY and woodworking. He also enjoys video games and spending time with his family. Jake’s favorite thing about MIS is the culture built around developing and maintaining a strong cohesive team.
Efe Ziregbe
Support Technician
Efe is an American-Nigerian IT professional with over eight years of experience as a Network Administrator. He began his career in technology driven by a passion for solving complex problems and building secure, high-performing systems. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology from Northern Kentucky University, he quickly established himself as a reliable and forward-thinking IT specialist.
In 2025, he joined MIS, drawn by the company’s focus on innovation, collaboration, and long-term impact in the technology space. Since then, he has been instrumental in supporting and enhancing critical network infrastructure, bringing a proactive approach and deep technical knowledge to every project. His dual cultural background and international perspective also enrich the company’s diverse and inclusive environment.
Outside the workplace, he enjoys PC and PS5 gaming and cherishes time spent with his daughter — a constant source of motivation and pride.
John Biedermann
Support Technician
John joined MIS Solutions in 2025 as a Support Technician with 10 years of experience with Healthcare, Education, and Enterprise IT services. He is currently teaching himself SQL and R to expand his Data Analytics skills.
Outside of work, John enjoys camping, hunting, medieval armored combat, as well as studying and analyzing current media trends and anything else to tell a good story, be that a movie, TV show, or game.
John Summers
Support Technician
John earned his Associate of Applied Science in IT in 2019 and has since held several roles that have helped him strengthen his technical skill set, deepen his understanding of computer systems, and gain valuable experience supporting partners and customers throughout his career.
John has a strong interest in pursuing a future in cybersecurity and is currently focused on continuing to build a solid foundation as an IT professional, particularly in networking and security best practices. He often spends time outside of work further developing these skills. In addition, he enjoys coding and finds working with HTML and CSS especially rewarding. He has also gained experience with other programming languages, including C#, Java, and Python.
Technology is a true passion for John, and while he recognizes there is always more to learn, he is excited to continue growing with MIS Solutions and looks forward to what the future holds.

Frank Awu
Support Technician
Frank has over 12 years of IT experience supporting users and systems across a wide range of industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science, providing a strong analytical foundation for effective problem-solving.
Working at MIS Solutions motivates him to support customers by delivering tangible, practical solutions. He achieves this by developing a broad understanding of diverse technologies, asking the right questions, and providing thoughtful solutions. This approach continually drives him to expand his skills and knowledge in Networking, Server Administration, and programming languages.
Outside of work, Frank enjoys traveling and experiencing food from different cultures. A loyal Arsenal Football Club supporter for over 20 years, he considers loyalty one of his strongest personal traits. His greatest achievement is being a dad.

Austin Seeberger
Cybersecurity Technician
Austin Seeberger joined MIS Solutions in 2022 and has grown from technical support into a specialized cybersecurity role. As a Cybersecurity Technician, Austin helps protect client environments by implementing security solutions, investigating threats, strengthening security controls, and supporting cybersecurity initiatives across a diverse range of technologies. His background in IT support provides a strong foundation for troubleshooting complex technical issues while maintaining a security-first mindset.
Austin is passionate about cybersecurity and enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems, staying ahead of emerging threats, and continuously expanding his technical expertise.
He is committed to continuing his professional growth and building a long-term career in cybersecurity.
